i saw your this car for sale a few months back - good looking but think the price is a bit high - an 08 63 wagon (loaded) sold here locally for 32K which i know was outside of the norm.

if you lived on the W Coast I'd be checking this out in person.

Believe he's referring to the craigslist listing that lasted 12 hours. That was aggressively/ underpriced.

 

Man would i love to have this car, I just bought a Mustang for the wife, (hate that car) but that is what she wanted,and after 38 years she gets what she wants.

I saw the same car when I was looking for mine it was for sale at $32k online but assumed it sold. I know the guy selling this now is a dealer/broker as i spoke with him a few weeks back. Guessing the owner was originally selling it and perhaps the dealer/ broker is now selling with mark up.

 

32 up to 38!!!! What a joke.

 

Just look at the first pic it's on a dealer lot - this is a 30kish vehicle IMO.

And now to answer some of your questions.

I have this car consigned through Ron Susser who put it on ebay twice. The first time the bidding went to 32K and the second time to 34K. Ron has listed it again with a lower BIN price:

As I said above, the bids went to 32K and 34K when the auctions timed out.

When you have 3 kids, a wagon is just too small. Maybe one day you will have a large family and will appreciate the wonders of a minivan :-)

You're absolutely right. I bought the car at carmax in 2011 (see original post) and the first set of outdoor pics were taken at carmax. The inside the garage shots and the undercarriage shots were taken at my home in Feb/Mar of this year.

I understand that the prices of these wagons has softened so price drop to $36,900

 

Shoulda took 34 and ran like hell!

Just sold this afternoon for $35K.

I 'just' convinced my wife to forget a 2004 G-wagen for one of these, and this one comes up and I miss it. I gotta look here more often.
