I'm selling my car, it's probably the cleanest looking SL Mercedes in the country
2004 SL55 AMG
Exterior is a rare Mars Red with charcoal interior
~36500 miles
Options: Panorama glass roof, Keyless Go, Bi-Xenon, Parktronic
Clean carfax, no accident, all services are up to date, car runs perfect
Original paint, no door dings/dents, some minor rock chips on the front bumper

Awesome car! Any pics with the top down? Not sure if I've ever seen one of yours but can understand as it looks awesome with the top up.

Car is pending sale, PPI was done today, the buyer is flying in this Thursday to finalize the deal.

My SL55 is still for sale, it's back on the market and asking price is $45K OBO.
Unfortunately the deal fell through even after the prospective buyer spent about $1000 total, for PPI and flew to Denver to check out the car (tickets, hotel, parking etc).
He loves the car, the exterior, the interior, the power but he doesn't really like the tranny. He said it's not "crisp" enough, he's comparing the SL55 auto tranny to a single clutch like BMW smg or newer Aston single-clutch (which shouldn't be compared since SL55 has basically an automatic with torque converter). And he's buying the car for mountain driving.
