Lemon law refers to a car that had enough issues when new that the dealer was forced to buy it back. Typically they then address all the issues and resell it but the law requires the title show it was a buyback going forward. I would be very interested in this car IF the seller would allow me to fly in an see it but he responded that he had lots of buyers on it and the price included shipping so the first to pay him would own it. I am simply not that trusting! Not saying its not legit, but if so why would he mind someone flying in to drive / see the car?

Actually you can, there are no rules when it comes to what offers you can pick and choose from. Typically most people use first person who shows up with the cash gets it. If you wait for people, you end up with tire kickers and people who don't show up.
