If you want somewhere they don't have speed bumps in the parking lot, try the Coffee and Car at the Kohl's on Sundays in Fairfax (12551 Fair Lakes Cir, Fairfax, VA 22033). Plus you don't have to get there as soon as the sun is up, it starts around 8:30 AM.
