I have a C280, 2007 which I brought from Canada and needs Service B.
The desaler wants over $1000 dollars which I won;t pay

I have two questions if you can help:

1) What is included ina Service B?
2) Do you know a good and reasonable local shop to get this done?

I have not had to take my car to a mechanic yet so I don't know any at all.

easy. Change oil and fleece filter synthetic oil mb spec mobil 1 0w40 wt. Inspect belt and hoses.How many miles on the car?
Go to www.benzworld.org w210 forun and look in the diy section up top of the forum for general items

Post a shout out on the w210 forum here on mbworld and also on benzworld we have a few members in the UAE that know of shops if you don't diy.
Which I think at a 1000 bucks you will want to learn.

272.941 engine in your car differs from the m112 engines in the E class
Maint items are much the same as well as the diy oil changes and such.

If it is not too late or in case you have another service and you want a really good and clean work, I would recommend you to go to Bosch Service, it is almost half the price if not less and they got also around 50% on spare parts from dealer

There is also prestige cars services (Their maintenance shop in mussafah near EMC for trucks close to the 3rd round about from cornice side) , it is cheaper than dealer and you already know prestige by their super cars right ?

So, for the future you can go there.
