ML63 Serious seat design Flaw?

Has anyone had trouble with the POD on the right side of the driver’s seat that houses the lumbar/side/seat cushion adjustments, it’s a horrible design, my calf rest right on it...not only very uncomfortable or a 97k suv but also a pain in the “leg” should I say. Under hard maneuvers my calf activates the buttons and the seat takes me for a ride.

I'm only 5'6" and I had the same problem for the first few days. But for some strange reason it dose not bother me anymore. I must have readjusted my seat so my leg misses it. They still need to fix it.
