ML 55 AMG fault code 9041

ML 55 AMG fault code 9041
I everyone ! 
I have just joined (hence post number 1) and am looking for some help.
It has been like a warning light frenzy on my dash in the last 3 days
I went to an auto electrician today and was given the above fault code (9041) but he was unable to tell me what sensor etc is broken
Mercedes want £117.50 to tell me (1 hours labour as a minimium charge) so I am hoping that the www will save we some money.
Does anybody know what sensor/part needs replaced under fault code 9041?
Any assistance would be greatfully appreciated.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
there is
no 9041 code,so get the code read again and post it,then we maybe able to help
codes start with a letter i.e. P (power train) B (body) followed by 4 numbers,showing the system and the sensor involved.
p0410 would be the secondary air injection system.
Once you get the proper letter and numbers,post them and help will follow

Seems I'll need to find another auto electrician who actually knows what he's doing

Turned out to be the ESP control unit that had given up.
Finding the fault £100
ESP control unit £400
Fitting the unit £100
Now running like new again so worth the £$£ IMO
