Buying an extended factory warranty at a discount?
My warranty on my 2007 ML63 runs out in about 6000 miles. I am debating what to do. I received a quote of $4600 for an additional 3 years/36,000 miles 100% factory warranty from Mercedes. The extended 2 years/ 24,000 miles is $4100.
3rd party warranty is about $600 less than above.
Anybody have a suggestion of alternatives or whether the pricing is negotiable? I am thinking of taking my chances but if I can get a mercedes warranty for under $4000 I may consider it.
