Help needed w/ front door handle

01 ML55, 05 Jaguar X type, 05 mini Cooper convertible, 03 VW Eurovan
Help needed w/ front door handle
Long story short. I have a bad left front actuator. I have the panel off, two screws out of the lock mechanism, loosened the allen screw in the door for the handle, cannot figure out how to take the outer handle off. I have searched several forums and have not gotten the information. If anyone knows how to do this PLEASE post.

I wish I could help and this info would be useful to me as ill be changing my door handles before the summmer...
