Recall 2011090001- cruise control function may not disengage when the brake pedal is tapped dealer will replace brake lamp switch.

01 ml320 and 98 e320

I HAD A RECALL DONE TO MY 01 ML320 FOR BAS/ESP AND THE STEALERSHIP CLAIMS THEY DID A REPAIR BUT I STILL HAVE THE BAS/ESP LIGHT ON...I TRIED THE RECALL FOR THE CRUISE CONTROL AND STEALERSHIP SAID MY TRUCK WAS NOT AFFECTED BUT MY CRUISE STICKS AT 65 MPH!!!

......I JUST POP IN MY LUDACRIS MOVE B

Recalls and Service Campaigns do not expire, see attachment. You can check here https://www.mbusa.com/mercedes/recall to see if VIN is affected, or have dealer run vehicle master inquiry (VMI) to confirm if applicable and if repair was completed.
