Dinamica Healdiner. A must?

Dinamica Healdiner. A must?
Building an ML63 and was wondering if Dinamica headliner is a must. Is standard headliner in the car bad? It's a $2K option and I'm just wondering if it is really worth it... I don't like having options on the car that are not functional, but in the same time don't want crap for headliner if the stock is bad.

Well it'll be very similar to the headliner you have on your S600 right now if you get the Dinamica. Just compare that to a standard Benz headliner and determine if it's worth the difference to you.
I personally love that headliner because it feels quite premium but it's all subjective.

Oh man... I did not realize that they started to put the regular headliner in the AMG cars... or maybe it is just the ML, but no way is that OK! I am definitely ordering the upgraded headliner, but I feel like I'm being ripped off that at $100K the car does not come with one today like they have in the past.

Be glad that you can get this option... my 07 R AMG has the regular fabric headliner with no option of getting the upgraded version. So now my only choice would be a custom job aftermarket.

W166 ML63s come standard with black fabric headliners (as opposed to other fabric colors). Dinamica is a custom order option.
