Big Brake Kit for ML Series
I am looking for the front and rear spindle in order to develop the BBK for ML63.
Our huge 6-piston calipers specially made for heavy SUV/Truck are now available and we are capable to build the brake kit up to 432mm rotor (17").
This is our development thread for such kits:

We are pleased to offer Big Brake Kits (432mm huge rotors) for those SUV and Trucks with large wheels.
This kit will not just fill up the space behind your large wheels for a muscular look, but more importantly it can provide massive braking power to stop your heavy truck safely (including hauling).
This huge brake kit is made possible from our near three decades' brake experience in design and manufacturing.
The brake kit consists of:
- Light weight two piece rotor featuring our convergent cooling vane and center-mount design, truly light weight (only about 28 lbs) yet has a tremendous thermal capacity to deal with toughest braking conditions.
- Our rigid heavy duty 6-piston calipers - Made of 7075-T6 forged aluminum alloy. Designed and built to RacingBrake's highest quality standard in every details including seal, piston and hardware for lasting performance on street, track or off-road.
- Standard FMSI brake pad (D1382, same as for stock GTR. Lining has 65mm height and 18.5 mm thickness). Large and thick pad provides extra thermal capacity and longevity w/o frequent replacement. Various compounds for different driving environment are available from RB or other brand of your preference.
- Stainless brake line to enhance the overall braking performance
This thread details how these calipers are made:

This kit shall be available to ship in June 2014.
Please contact us for ordering details, due to the variety of vehicle we currently only accept pre-orders with 4-6 weeks lead-time.

I am also curious to find out if any ML63 owners ever upgrade their brake other than RB's light weight two piece rotors, to BBK such as these offered from Brembo:
Brembo Front GTR BBK Big Brake 6Pot Caliper GT-R 405x34 Drill Disc ML63 AMG W164 US $8,923.20
Brembo Front GT BBK Big Brake 6Pot Caliper Yellow 405x34 Drill Disc ML63 06-11 US $4,699.2
It seems they only offer front, no rear?

The 2-piece direct replacement RacingBrake option is he best mod I did to my car for ride quality and stopping performance. Castrol SRF fluid and StopTech pads combo also helped significantly.

For ML63 we like to propose our light weight aluminum calipers for "Progressive Upgrade" brake kits which you can retain the RB light weight two piece rotors, so you only need to purchase and install aluminum calipers. I do agree that stock sizes (front 390x36, rear 360x26) are large enough to handle most of braking task.
Not sure about the weight on OE iron calipers but I bet you can save another 6-10 lbs per corners vs. a fixed piston caliper for a more efficient brake system.

On a side note, I would not' waste time or money on development of a extremely large rotor kit when it sounds like you will have a drastically improved full brake kit for the stock sizes with updated calipers. The braking performance improvement is already so massive with just my rotors and wheels, honestly my brakes are already too much. At full threshold braking (not activating ABS) I cannot even use 60% of my brakes we StopTech pads because it's overwhelming my rubber too much. I can lock up the tires at 100+ if I am not progressive! Lol. And these DWS are miles better than stock tires. Even with Michelin Pilot Super Sports it would be more than enough stopping power.
With that said, ride quality improvements for another 6-10lbs per corner would be absolutely fantastic. It would feel like another 150+ lbs of body weight reduction and make the car that much more nimble.

It also allows quick brake pad inspection and installation (top load) w/o having to detach the caliper.
If you are happy with the benefit of weight reduction on two piece rotors, your will be amazed with the overall improvement of your braking performance with the addition of aluminum calipers.
It's more about the control than just the power!
