2012 ml63 transmission is very rough is it suppose to be like this?

2012 ml63 transmission is very rough is it suppose to be like this?
i own 2012 ml63 with 44k miles, driving at 30mph+ shifting feels like somebody kicking me from the back seat also there is a noise from the transmission when shifting.. went to mb dealership couple of times they said everything seems to be okay. my question is is it supposed to be like this?
