How is reliability on this car? Also, what's the technology like in this car?

Mine's a black 2015 non-PP with 57k miles, have owned for nearly 6 months, I absolutely love it, though I've realised keeping these machines in optimum mechanical condition won't come cheap, but extremely rewarding otherwise.

All the pre 2011/12 cars are very average.
m156 valvetrain is pretty average they generally always need a fair bit of work to get them running smooth and problem free. Also the headstuds breaking due to design and rust.
But on ML63's those problems are probably less than the c63 because obviously people treat the c63's worse on average and thrash them more than the ml's imo.
But **** loads of other stuff goes wrong with w164 ml's. Tail light leaks and general water leaks in the *** end can be horrendous to fix and cost alot due to sam modules getting destroyed by corrosion and the lift gate motor.
Once you sort all the common issues they are pretty decent cars tho. But expect to spend alot to get them upto standard.
Technology imo is kinda irrelevant because you can just go buy a new android headunit or whatever headunit you like to make them seem newer and suit your needs.
