I think because of the nature of overall design of the w164 front bumper that it's not really possible to put a lip on it like on a W166. Replacing the bumper with an aftermarket bumper is the only solution

ML63 AMG (W164)
Maverick1975 - love the stance on your wagon and the way that front bumper works so nicely while still keeping the side-steps. I can't quite tell from the pic - have you also put on the side-skirts and modified the side-steps to fit with? Or did you not bother with the side-skirts? And have you also lowered your wagon?
