Debugging Rear Climate Control

Hey guys,

2009 ML63

I'm trying to track down a problem with our rear AC. The climate control unit comes on and looks to be operating correctly. But I can't hear the rear blower motor in the center console running and do not feel any air coming out of the two vents. The front AC/Heat works perfectly.

My thoughts:
1. Could be a fuse. All the fuse diagrams that I can find say that the fuse for this motor is in the luggage compartment. It looks like either fuse 65 or 67. Both of those do not look to be in use in my car.
2. Could be the blower motor itself, I would like to debug the fuse before debugging the motor.
3. I've been reading that this could be the "flap" motor under the dash maybe?

Does anyone know where this fuse is at?
