Hello-

have a 2014 ML63 AMG with I believe is factory installed running boards- they have (5) round led lights each side that illuminate when doors open, I now have 3 of them that do not light- I have tried quickly to investigate and they look like they are sealed lights- any idea where I can source these lights?

I can wire them myself if need be- thru quick investigation- some forums say you need to buy the entire strip from MB at $600 plus- which is ridiculous if that is the case.
Any help would be appreciated.

Had same problem on my 2013 ML63. I had 5 go bad. The dealer wanted 173.00 for a set of five. They wanted 600.00 to replace. That was six hundred a side. Crazy. I was dumb founded that 5 led light cost that much. I bite the bullet and got them. I replaced myself in 30 mins by removing the running board. Since then I had one more go out. There goes another 173.00 and I will have 4 spares. Hope this helps.
