I am looking to install a trailer hitch on my 2015 ML63 but I am not sure where to find one that fits my exact model. I am not sure if there are any OEM options or aftermarket ones that fit. If anybody could help me out and tell me where I can find one that would be appreciated.

W166 is a solid towing platform. Hitches were available as a factory option. You can buy and install the OEM parts or find something aftermarket. Usually the cost difference is nil, but the appearance and function of the OEM setup is better. The trickiest part will be the electronics that drive the trailer lights and interact with rear liftgate and proximity sensors.
I don't have a ML63, but do have a 2015 ML350 with factory trailer hitch. I think the only thing that would be different is the rear valence area. Cost of Mercedes hitch is very expensive, would be cheaper to go with after market but not sure what you are looking for. Try searching this site for trailer hitches and you will find a lot of info on who, what, when and where Like the post above, the ML is an excellent towing vehicle with over 7,000 lbs pulling capability.
Thanks for the Info guys. So I have found the OEM hitch for $700 and an aftermarket one for around $300 from etrailer.com Has anyone heard of etrailer before, and are they reliable enough that I should just go with them instead of OEM.

I use etrailer quite often, for small parts on a boat trailer.
My opinion is that I do not like the appearance of non-OEM (aftermarket) hitches. Not everyone has the same opinion. When you buy the OEM hitch, you will also need a new rear bumper valence. This increases the cost, but the appearance is the same as factory original. I really dislike the appearance of a non-OEM trailer hitch. Different strokes for different folks.

I have also been looking to install a trailer hitch on my 2014 ML63, but when searching online I can only find them made for ML350's. Would any of you happen to know if the hitch made for the 350 would fit the 63, are they any different?

Likely there is no difference in hitch components between models (350 vs 63). The rear fascia is usually the difference on a given model between hitch vs no hitch.
