M157 coolant temperature sensor location
I can’t seem to find any information on the location and maintenance of the M157 coolant temperature sensor. Please and thank you for any help.

2017 GLE350 4MATIC
One sensor is built into the thermostat housing, another is in the rear of the driver (left) cylinder head.

Below is for an M278 engine for sale on ebay.
