Sound while starting the car ML 400 Model 2015
Hello
I have ML 400 Model 2015, The car while starting it gives noisy sound which lasts for 2 to 3 Seconds Max then disappear
do any one know why is that happening and who to fix it, my mechanic tried to check it but the car has to cool down to appear

how to get this sorted, it was supposed to be done
if you can share photo for the impacted part or the one which need modification plz share
