Seriously tho, R230 SL was facelifted in 2005 so my 03 doesn't use the 05+ navi unit...plus not all other models use the same unit either...at least the SLK doesn't...

The current SL is R230 not W230 and the same for SLK. Yes, the unit is the same one but the trim isn't. A W211 unit would not fit into SL without major modification. Even Steve @ MBenzNL doesn't recommend going this route. SLK has a different unit so it wouldn't fit either. :crazy:
