How long have you've been riding: decades
stuck in the late seventies/early eighties..since then.
One by one, non stop, owned all of the 79-83 generation Hondas..flirted with the other three brands on n off but CBF gave me the most for less hands down.
Sold a naked 1100 in favor of the 900 for the option of riding in severe weather conditions.. while the naked guys chat under a bridge or so. To ride when I want.

Brilliant Silver CLK 320
Bike manufacturer: Honda
Model: 2005 CBR600RR

Color: Silver
Mods: Erion Racing Exhaust/Puig Windscreen/CA Integrated tail light & rear signals/Hotbodies front signals/fender delete
How long have you been riding: May 2008
In 2008, I bought a brand new 250R. I put about 1400 mi on the bike and passed all my tests with it. I then bought a used '04 ZX-6R 636 with about 4400 mi. Here's a pic of my 250R next to my "new" 636 the day I picked it up.
After some mods (Muzzy Slip-On, Clear Alternatives Integrated tail light, flush mounts, seat cowl, fender delete, and Pilots Powers)
In 2009, after putting nearly 6500 mi on it in ~ 6 months, I crashed the ZX-6R by my house. I'd just finished washing it and took it out for a quick spin to air dry it; when I went to stop the brakes grabbed and the biked washed out from under me. I loved that bike
Gave up riding for the rest of 2009. Following the new year I spent the next 5 months searching for another low mileage '03-'04 636. The riding season was quickly approaching and I didn't have a bike. I began expanding my options and came across an '05 Honda CBR600RR with just 1600 mi. I took it for a test ride and wasn't overly impressed with the handling or acceleration, but it felt good to ride again and it was nearly new so I picked it up. The bike was female owned and thus, excessively lowered. It was so low that instead of sitting "in" the bike, like a typical sport bike, I just sat flat in the seat, much like a cruiser. First thing I did was raise it back up to stock height and wow, that took care of the handling issue. Next I replaced the restrictive stock exhaust with an Erion Racing System and that really woke up the bike power-wise. After all that, I did some minor cosmetic mods and have now been extremely pleased with the bike so far. Here's a pic before I re-applied factory decals and did the fender delete. Next up for the 600RR is a decent set of tires (the stock Dunlops feel terrible), 1 tooth down, and a programmer.

Thanks guys. I really like that pic. Here are some more pics.
The Vic Vegas 8 Ball is truly an outstanding bike with clean lines. Lots of low end torque with a good power band. Only problem is the 5 speed tranny. Past 70mph it can get buzzy. Ride safe all...

I am ashamed to say this but I don’t ride it much anymore. There was a time when you couldn’t keep me off that thing. I blame the crappy NJ weather and the W212. It’s currently in storage but I know I will ride a lot more now that I have moved out here to Vegas with the awesome weather and the fact that my new 100mi daily commute is going to hurt my W212 as well as hurt me at the gas pump.
