We bought an 2015 ML400 from the local dealer here - fully loaded - 14K miles.

Huge discount that made buying it an easy discount - the car has been great.

One issue we had was the the valet key did not work - making surfing a bit difficult to lock the car...

Other than that - it has been great. it's a bit of a unicorn where i rarely see other ML400 4Matics.

We have never had a this loaded - we would have never had ordered a car with all of these features and options - so it is nice to enjoy the features on the car.

This is wife's car. Before this we had 3 x Yukon XL's, and a Lexus GX. This is much more refined overall a much better car. Handles well in snow and has plenty of room for snowboard trips to Mammoth.

ML350 BlueTEC 2012 AMG
Ml350 2012 BlueTEC AMG

Bought 4 yars old with 82k. Drove for 30k an here is the list of issues:
1. Both front bearings at 95k
2. I assume loose bearings developed issues with rotors. Required replacement as they started to vibrate
3. Front pads clips rusted out and no longer attached to caliper...rattle noise...too early to replace as there still 50%.
4. Airmatic line got a leak. Was lucky enough not to burn compressor.
5. Even after replacement of air line there still some hissing sound from front when stopped and occasional levelling at stop sign...it lifts up and down...
6. Rear left tail light led light replacement last week, immediately after the right side...entire assembly is needed.
7. Bearing or transfer case noise from the back...don't know for sure yet but it feels like a jet at highway speeds.
8.transmission keeps in 3Rd gear for a longer period. During winter time this is noticable more then during summer...replaced transmission fluid, did not help.
9. Stock Pirelli's had uneven thread wear possibly due to 1.replaced with new tires and it is much better ride now.
Great truck, amazing features and luxury, but expensive to maintain.
If asked if I would recommend, yes but only with extended warranty.

ML350
2014 ML350 with 105,000 Miles

At 53k Miles, 3 Pistons are the engines blew out & dealer replaced major engine components.
On 3rd Sets of Tire (Michelin After the Continentals) in CA.
Driver Seat MBTex has started cracking and need replacement
Console Cubby Door Plastic Lock Broke - Quoted $1000+ Replacement
Driver Side rubber door deal no longer holds ($375 Replacement)
Developed Rough Transmission in gears 1-4 in normal daily usage

Misc
Front Windshield Replacement - $1200 (rocks from horrible CA roads)

The Mercedes has been great overall, but MB-Tex did NOT hold up.

Jesus, you blew the engine at 53k miles, yet "The Mercedes has been great overall" and the MB-Tex is your biggest issue? You're easy to please, friend LOL.

BTW, diesel or gas?

Fuse for the illumination was loose. No problems since in 2k miles. To the poster about the seat color, that is one of the colors MR uses if you get heated and cooled front seats which we have. The purchase was the deal of the century. Car had an MSRP of $68,300 and it is not 4matic. Dealer gave mid range KBB value for wifey's '13 Infiniti M37s. Plus $18k cash and we were out the door. Did all the negos by text and email. In and out in 1 hr 15 mins.
Just had the "B"service done today at 37,162 miles and 11 months of ownership. Did it early because i was able to use a coupon that saved me about $130.00 but it expired Aug 31. Also they did the air filter and changed the diff oil. No issues since post above EXCEPT the easy entry quit again, right in front of the service adviser. So I'll bring it back sometime soon after I try some of the tricks mentioned on this site. Loved the car so much my wife let me get a '14 GL450 CPO so I would quit driving her ML.

Ml350 bluetec
Second owner of a 2014 ML 350 Bluetec. Its now got 59,000 miles. So far so good. Our previous was the 2011 VW Touareg TDI Sport. Always had check engine lights coming on and then couple of weeks later going out. Just ignored them and kept driving the TDI until the VW buyback.

2013 ML 350 Bluetec
I bought a 2013 ML350 with 80,000 km on the clock, I love the truck and so does my wife, she has an A250 sport (2016). First service after purchase a week ago cost $7000 Aud.........

Bluetec heater U/S
Split in intercooler pipe
Split in CV boot

I need tyres now which is another $2000 has a leaking shock absorber which is not bad but will need replacing. Still love it though.
