Greetings everyone, I’m Tony from Pismo Beach Ca. and this is my 1st Mercedes…..must say I’m very happy, have questions…but I suppose I’ll need to post those in another section. 😉
Greetings from a new member in New Zealand. As a long time lurker, I finally joined the folds and thought I'd say hello to all.
As a 2006 ML500 owner these past four years, I am finally upgrading her with an M156 powered W212, I just need to find the right one as it'll be a cherished occasional ride and a long term investment.
No doubt I'll see some of you over in the E63 forum in the not too distant future.

Hi, I’m Mark from Liverpool UK. I’ve owned Mercedes cars since 2006. First three I had were CLC’s followed by an Eclass E220 Coupe which I’ve just sold to buy another Eclass E220… this time it’s a 2015 Cabriolet… LOVE IT!!!
Just thought I’d say hi and I hope you’re all doing well
My name is Miloš and I am from Serbia. I currently drive two c-classes 203 and 204. Happy to be here! These are not my first Mercs had 203 before too, but I am addicted to the Star and will probably be till the judgement day 😂.

Wow, the gas cost is twice as expensive as in Jakarta (Shell Super 92)!! Anyway, welcome to the forum.
Hi my name is Jacob and I own a 1984 R107 280SL. I live in the US, specifically in Colorado, and enjoy working on this car in my spare time My dream is to get it totally restored and maybe hand it down to my kids. Nonetheless I'm learning a ton about how these cars were built and operated in the 80s! I'm looking forward to talking to some of you and getting advice on how to tackle some of the more challenging questions related to this vehicle

Reason: more specific
Hi all! I should be getting my "new to me" Diamond White, 2014 SL 550 in about two weeks time so I'm looking at various information centers. The car is being refurbished as we speak with new tires, brakes, headlights and a host of other minor things, like leaks, that would drive me nuts if not done.
I'm retired with a mechanical engineering background and love my cars. This one reminds me of my first car which was a white Sunbeam Alpine that I bought in 1969.
I drive a 2018 C63S AMG Cabriolet. Ordered it when I lived in Germany and picked it up at the factory in Stuttgart. I believe it was built down the road in Affalterbach. I love this car, drove it on some fantastic roads in the Black Forest, the Alps, and topped it out on the Autobahn (154mph). I suppose that it is governed due to US specs (don’t know?). I’m now in flat Florida and still love this car - roof down with the a/c blasting. Just got it back from the dealer and informed that my Rt Frt strut is leaking (damp). I hope to someday take it to the track (Sebring?) but generally my driving is not trying. Are the OEM struts a good, easy, replacement or should I shop for a brand that will be noticeable if I switch?
Look forward to hearing from more experienced drivers/mechs and learning about my car and other similar Mercedes.
