Hello! My name is Michael and I look forward to being a new member.....About 3 years ago, I was given an 01 mb C320 by my former boss...At any rate, I need help like "now" and I seek any advice and direction from my fellow MB owners regarding my issues.....My c320 ran really great for awhile....Although it's an older model, Engine runs great, handles really well.....EVerything was in excellent condition until about 3 mos ago.....Anyway, I'll do some research on some of the threads and see if I can find someone who has had a similar problem with their MB as I have now.....So far, I've some close, but couldn't find anything close to the extent of the problems that my mb is having....I'll continue searching the threads and if I can't find anything, I'll post......Thanks for having me on-board!

Hello! I have an 01 c320 that was given to me about 3 years ago....EVerything was in excellent condition, until about 3 mos. ago....Now the "Check Engine light stays on, then the ABS light comes on, then ESP and BAS warning lights come on.....It's weird!....When I first start the car in the morning, the "Check engine lights stays on, but then the ABS light comes on...What I start driving, the transmission will NOT shift..it gets stuck in 1st gear....After awhile, the ABS light will finally go off, then the car will run fine like normal.....Quite often, while driving, the ABS lgiht will illuminate, the car will lose power for about 30 secs, then the speedometer will stop working...I'll lay off the accelerator pedal for a moment, then get back on it, and the car will continue to run....Whenever I come to a stop (with the ABS light on), the transmission will stay in whatever gear the car was in before the ABS light came on.....Say that I'm going 45 mph and the car is in 4th gear, then I come to a light that turns red with the ABS light on. when the light turns green and I have to take off, the car will stay in 4th gear....sometimes i'll put the car in Park, restart the engine and the transmission will go back to first gear....When I take off with the ABS light on, the car will NOT shift, until the ABS light goess off........Somebody please help me with this! Is it the accelerator sensor, the MAF? Is this something that I can fix on my own?.........Someone! Anyone, please help!.....Thanks!

I've had many different cars and motorcycles, but just bought my first Mercedes Benz, it's a 1991 500SL with 125k miles. I've always wanted to have one and I'm really having fun with it. It has a new cloth top and hydraulics and most things work. I live in Southern California, in the Los Angeles area. I'm looking to learn about my car and make it as close new as I can and meeting and learning from other enthusiasts.

Going to post a separate thread asking questions -- I'm new to tuning and am looking for pointers, appreciate any and all comments, thanks.

My 507 is matte platinum with the 19" 5-spoke forged black wheels, chrome door inserts. Looks like a nice forum, glad to find it.

Hi, my name is Tim and live in Vancouver, WA. Just joined up today and excited to learn more about my cars and share with some fellow enthusiasts. Have a 2011 E350 Luxury BlueTec Iridium Silver with two tone Beige/Black leather interior that I have had for 6 months and enjoy tremendously. Been personalizing since I brought her home. Just purchased a 2003 SL500 which I will be picking up later in the week. Brilliant Silver with Berry Red interior, AMG sport pkg, PANO, Distronic, park sensor, ventilated/heated seats, Keyless to Go. I appreciate all the info on the forums as the SL500 is a new beast for me. Obvious may have some issues, but she has been lovingly maintained prior to my acquisition, so I am hoping for a long honeymoon period. Have owned a 96 260E, 2008 E350 sport and 2008 ML320 CDI. Always have had great luck with my vehicles. Looking for fellow Benz folks in the Portland/Vancouver area to share with and learn from. Thanks for all the great posts! Beautiful new ride Kiser Sozei! Hi my name is Jordan and i live in Newport, RI. I bought my first car, a 2013 C300 back in March 2015. For the past couple of months i have noticed this annoying squeaking sound coming from the front driver's side. It most commonly happens after initially driving the car from rest and turning the steering wheel to the left. In some cases i notice the squeak when driving straight at low speeds. After about 10 or 15 mph the issue seems to disappear. What is causing this and how do i fix it??
