1985 380sl manual door locks stuck
Hello everyone, This is my first day on MBWorld and I am starting off with a problem. Neither of the manual door locks are functioning on my 1985 380sl. My initial thought is they may need lubricating from the feel of it. Can someone tell me how to access the locking mechanism? Do I remove the screws from the latch on the side of the door or the actual door panel? If you believe my diagnosis about this is incorrect, what could the problem be?
I only take this car out in good weather so the top is seldom on the car so it has been several years since the doors have been locked.
