Hello all, after a prolonged absence, the Benz bug has bitten again. I just bought my "rescue Benz", a 2003 C240 wagon. Wow, if these had been on the radar when I originally got out of the Teutonic transport business, I wouldn't have waited so long. This makes #4 and the first gasser. Our first was a W123 diesel that trod I-95 while I was a road warrior. Next came the W124 turbodiesel that ate tires and wasn't really happy below about 95 mph. After things settled down a bit, there came along the one I really miss to this day, My W201 190D. A cool little car thar literally rusted in half. ( bad repair unknown to me) So now I'm making up for lost time with the W203 wagon. Looking forward to ironing out the little glitches that come with age and neglect. Fortunately cosmetics are good and she runs strong. Looking forward to mining this forum for gems of MB wisdom.
