Mercedes cdi 220 automatic year.2002 w.203 car wont change gear and after driving about 500 yards will lose acceleration. I stop, turn off engine for 5 minutes restart car and it will go another 500 yards . local Mercedes mechanic who works a lot on Mercedes cars, done test with his machine, says he thinks gear box is done. anyone out there have this kind of problem and have any other answer i would appreciate any advice Gearbox is 722699 model
