cediman

My tape is stuck in my 98 E320 Becker player. I managed to take radio out and popped it open but the tape is stuck in there. I cant get it out. I believe that is affecting my sound output too so I cant get any sound from even the radio. Can any samaritan help me with this issue especially on how to eject the tape or take it out ?. I ll appreciate it so much. Thanks and God bless.
Also if I decide to install a pioneer HU, can anyone help me with the wiring and the connection ? Thanks again.
