Does anyone know the issue? The car is at about 178,000 miles. I'm going crazy trying to figure out whats wrong. It shakes in idle and revs slightly when parked or stopped. I changed the sparks plugs recently, and the cars transmission was changed a few years ago. I also changed a broken thermostat in 2012. Lastly check engine light comes on twice a year for 24 hours then goes away since 2013.
