Just got an 03 E320, talk to me!!

Hi out there, my name is Nick! Cars runs well has 130k, but car surges intermittently going slow. A little worried, other than that the bearings need replacing. Previous owner did nothing. Is there something I should do right away? Does tranny need servicing, or is it lifetime fluid?

Flush and replace all the fluids is a good start..... do a code search and tune up..... you'll be good for another 130,000 miles!

What about the problem I've seen on here about the radiator putting coolant in the trans, hard to check that but should I worry?

P0446 & P0451 gas cap?

Bought the car trusting the owner was telling the truth about CEL light on, he said was EVAP system, thankfully it was. He changed the gas cap with aftermarket one and it didn't turn the light off. I cleared the codes because I knew he couldn't, I have a snap on brick with CAN adapter to read codes. They came back immediately! Should i try a cap from MB before going any further?
