Hey guys just picked up a 2010 C250 and i'm lovin it so far.
Came from a 2002 VW golf TDI quite the upgrade :P
Only thing i have question about is it seems its hard to put the car in reverse all other gears seem to go through fine just reverse seems tough sometimes
i used to be on VWVortex all the time so hope to do the same here

I did a search for the problem you are having with reverse and didn't find anything exactly like you were describing but this thread does mention some transmission issues.
You may want to take it to a dealership and have them check it out, or maybe someone in the W204 forum will be able to assist better if you post the question there.
Ya i went to the dealership everything is all good just wasn't sure how stiff moving to reverse was supposed to be. Thats all sorted now but the check engine came on now looks like thermostat got stuck open..
