First time MB owner
Thought I'd drop by and say hello as I'm now officially a Mercedes owner.
I've always been a fan of British cars and most of mine have been Rovers and MG's however as they sadly are not around any more I had to jump ship.
I decided that after years of having older cars I'd change up and go for something new so dragged the family round the dealers for a day with a view to buying the car I've wanted for a while, the Jaguar XF. Sadly for Jaguar we went to the Mercedes showroom first and I fell in love with the W205 C class. We then went for a test drive in the XF which was terrible in comparison and the less said about the 5 series the better so we ended up back at MB placing an order. I'll post more about the car and some pics in the W205 forum.
I'm also a bit sad and geeky and have my own car history website for anyone that's interested @ http://m6jkk.com (my private plate!).
