I recently had an opportunity to pick up a 99 CLK 430 with just under 45k for a very reasonable price. I was planning on a 2015 Yamaha R1 but some of the money is now sitting in the form of a Mercedes that I have desired for a while. I'll still get the bike too...
The car is an absolute dream to drive and only needs the headliner recovered, roof water rails repainted or vinyled, and front bumper cracks repaired. Thanks to help from the forums here I've already installed a double din Pioneer SPH DA-120. I've also fixed the auto AC climate control buttons by removing the caps and filling the space with metal clips for pressure - no need to remove the buttons. A Sprint Booster is also very likely to end up installed soon.
