Hello everyone,

I was really excited when I bought a thirteen year old C-class recently, but then I was hit by another driver who ran a red. This is my first Mercedes, and the first car I've owned that I am actually proud to drive. Pictures of the tragic damage to my new baby are attached.

I've been agonizing over which body shop I can trust, as I just moved to a new city. I don't trust the shops that my insurance company recommended, based on credible word-of-mouth. I'm here trying to educate myself before approaching someone about these repairs, and to learn more about my car in general.
