New Soldier to the Forum
I am a Army Soldier stationed in the middle of the Mojave. I have a 2007 S550 and I am having a few issues. I recently replaced the right upper and lower control arms to get rid of this clinking sound (every time I roll over a bump/crack in the road) that I have been hearing over the last few weeks. I had to disconnect and remove my front right strut in order to complete the remove/install of the control arms. Currently, my whole right side of the vehicle is grounded as if both struts are deficient. I am sure the rear strut is fine but I am not sure why the vehicle is siting like this. It will rise upon pressing the vehicle rise button. Even when pressing the vehicle rise button the drivers side is still higher than the passenger side. To make matters worse I still have the clinking sound which is most likely coming from the front right strut. Any Ideas what the solution may be?

Welcome to MBWorld. Sorry to hear about your suspension issue. I only have layman's knowledge so wouldn't be the best to advise you, but you should post in these two subforums and see if you can get better results.

Thanks Everyone for all the support. The issue was the right front strut. I ordered one from Arnott and installed it without issue. It pulls a little to the left so I'll get an alignment here soon. 👌👍
