New members on MBWorld.

Hello all,

In 'm a new member on the MB world forum . I live in The Netherlands. I have been a 1.5 year a proud owner of a Mercedes S Class W220 . Recently i have a problem whith my Distronic system . I keep getting the message '' clean sensor '. Now I have a question ? How do I know if the ECU module or sensor is defective ? the error code is C1000 .

Regards,

Welcome to MBWorld. Really no way for us to diagnose that for you online. Have to take it to a shop to check.
