New to Mercedes and the forums
Hello All,
I have arrived here due my plans of purchasing a used S550. I just sold my coupe Infiniti G35 today because I need something much bigger so the clock is ticking.
Due to my price range of no more than $30k I seem to be left to the 2007-2008 years. From reading the forums this seems to not be a big issue. The majority of these cars seem to be in the 60k to 80k mileage range.. whether that is good or bad I haven't decided.
I have sat in quite a few Mercedes and decided the S550 is my only hope legroom wise considering the others in my family I will have to tote around.. but I will admit it took me quite a few models before I ended up on the S550.
As for my past vehicles, I have owned a Ferrari 308, a 2005 Corvette and the usual assortment on unexciting vehicles. In my younger years I was a bit of a Ducati nut so I spent a bit of time on motorcycles as well.
Anyhow, glad to be a part of the forum.. soon to join the Mercedes owners club.

Welcome to MBWorld and grats on the new to you flagship MB. There are a few local meets you should hit up. C&C dispersed, but there is still an Irvine meet that some of our MB guys organize.
