C204 AMG 2014

New c204 63 from Germany

Hi MBWorld Community,

In December I've bought my first AMG and now I wanted to introduce myself and my new ride to you.
I am Kevin from Munich Germany and I am 25 years old. Before I bought the AMG I've had two BMW M cars and now I thought it's time to switch to a proper V8

My car is a lovely 8/14 obsidian black coupe with red leather interieur and 12000km on it. After a few days I've wrapped all chrome details in black, put 15mm spacers to the front and 12mm spacers on the rear. Then I've lowered the car with H&R Springs and deleted the sec cats and the resonaters with straight pipes to have a little bit more noise

Then I've ordered the Eurocharged v5 tune but it's not flashed on yet. Cant wait for it though!

Thank you very much guys! I had a BMW 1 Coupe and a E46 Coupe. I really loved both of them. But you had to do a lot of work on those cars to make them perform. The E46 is very raw. If you have the right components installed like a carbon airbox, nice headers, a good software for the SMG transmission and the engine, a good suspension and a BBK then I have to say that it's one of the best cars I've ever driven because it's such fun to drive. The chassis is simply amazing. The 1series has a beautiful engine with lots of boost but it's a very small car. The standard breakes are rubbish like in any other BMW M car. Unfortunately I think its the same with the C63 Brakes

I used to track all my cars and thats why the BMWs were a very good choice if you are willing to do some changes to them. They are easy to drive and make you get the most out of it real quickly. It's different then in a GT3 for example which behaves unbeatable until a certain point when it's snaps from under into oversteer. This can end up bad very fast if youre not aware of what youre doing behind the steering wheel and that kills the fun.

I've bought the AMG because in my point of view it is a car which you can have fun with on a daily basis. It makes you smile everytime you touch the throttle because of that lovely v8 sound. You dont need to push it to its limit to have fun and get rewarded and it powerslides like a god (unless you have the optional diff which mine is missing) And god damn those downshifts
