2000 Mercedes Benz E320

Hello All:
My first introductory post here. I am the proud owner of a 2000 MB E320 sedan. I know you're thinking wow that's a really old car. This E320 only has 80,000 miles and looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. It has never been exposed to the sun or weather except when on the road. I have the original window sticker.
This car has a Bose Premium Sound System that I want to make Sirius XM satellite radio capable. I have it in my other cars and want to make my E320 satellite radio capable.
Can anyone advise how to properly make this enhancement and what would be the best equipment to buy?

Are you looking for more performance oriented upgrades or aesthetic? Wheels and suspension are your typical and most dramatic first steps. Have any pics? What color?
Let us know if we can help you out with any aftermarket lighting upgrades. Will go a long way towards modernizing her looks with new whiter lighting as opposed to the standard yellowish bulbs they had back then.
