2003 E500 SPORT W211
Talking Newbie HERE!!!! muahahah

Hi guys. i had finally decided to join the forums after a while of mercedes troubles. i had owned a 2003 e320 sport back a few years ago and loved the car other than it being v6. i had never had a problem with it besides the previous owner installing cheap hid lights in which i swapped back to oem. i had also gotten the infamous transmission shudder, which i had fixed myself. i do not own the e320 anymore and gotten something else more adventurous (4th gen 4wd 4runner). Now again my mind all of a sudden wanted the mercedes again and i had bought myself a 2003 e500 sport. i had gotten this current car from the owner of the dealership. cosmetically the car is in great shape other that just having problems with the airmatic suspension. WARNING TOO LOW and visit workshop. Common things of what i am reading about of the e500. About 3 weeks ago i had replaced the driver side front airspring that cost a bit. Then after the install, all of a sudden the passenger rear airspring goes out.. currently the car sits the the ground with a slight tilt to the passenger rear. Now i am thinking to myself that i do not want to keep paying for airsprings if they can easily blow. i have been reading upon conversion kits and on how i will have to swap the both rear control arms so that springs will be accepted. now that i have this option. i would like to lower the car a small bit for a more more preferable stance. I was looking into the BILSTEIN B16 set up for my car. Has anyone on this forum had any luck with this setup? I live in the orange county area if anyone can help me out with my E500. Also if you are interested in networking. I might have something that you might need business wise. It all just depends on want you need.
