That's had quite a crunch.......nothing a bit of polishing compound won't put right! Joking apart I hope you have looked at that in detail (or your body shop has....I'm sorry but I don't know your level of competency so no offence meant). Even from the photo I can see the right side of the screen surround is out of line so that means the front bulkhead had probably moved up slightly so a jig will probably be required to make sure it's all straight. That's right on the limit of what I would be happy to repair.......if the door gaps are not even...ie if the door aparture is no longer square to the door I would have walked away. Would be good to see pics of the A pillars and the B pillars where the door catch mounts...if its dented there (from rearward movement of the door in the impact) it will be the Devils own job to get it straight down that side. Good luck though and keep us up to date with progress.

welcome If you got it for a good price and you can do the work yourself then you got a good deal. Good luck on the project

the car is much less damaged than it seems. It actually starts up. Also I live in croatia where mechanics are cheap and I plan to do a lot of the work by my self. This is not the first time I am dealing with this kind of thing...
I will be posting pictures of work in progress, probably in c coupe section of the forum.

Welcome to MBWorld. Wow, some project you picked up! Doesn't look like engine was hit so not surprised she starts up. Probable frame damage though. Good luck on your restoration.
