I thought i would jump on and say Hi to you all.

I have just purchased a SL500 as a second car to be used only on the odd occasions.

Looking forwarded to picking all your brains as i am here for the long term.

Will post picture of the car soon.

Thank you for having me within your forum.

That is not my car but mine is identical even down to the AMG wheels i think the colour is the same as i have what you guys call Tellursilber Metallic.
When searching for a car other than looking for a well looked after low mileage car I wanted the Panoramic Glass top and the Bose system.
Everything else was a bonus and lucky for me the car seems to have most extra that where available in the UK Like hot and cold massage seats with front and back sensors these should help the wife out.

Still trying to work out everything that I have.
The car has the gear selector auto start but no credit card sized card came with the car (2003)
Will be hoping to update the sat nav if possible too?
The plan is to keep the car hoping one day to take it to vintage car shows but who knows what the future holds.

The car has had the ABC done recently and the fuel tank sorted so these are hopefully the bigger bills out of the way fingers crossed.

I appreciate any help that comes my way

Hi mate
I'm from Leeds but live in a rural village in North Lincolnshire now. No neighbours just fields.
Had Skyline Gtr's for the last 16 year so was ready for a change. Got a big estate myself but if we pick the kids up we go in the E55.
Are ou on MBClub.co.uk ? If you want to get a printout of what spec your car has, the lads on there are very helpful. Got a full list on mine and what options it came with.
