Hello everyone! I just bought my first Mercedes (2016 GLE 450 Coupe) and i absolutely love it! Great to see an awesome forum dedicated to MB too!

So i love good sound and i always have to add a subwoofer to my cars as the premium systems bottom end never does it for me. Such a shame they cant make it a bit better. I got the HK L7 and disconnected the factory woofer and installed and LC2i with an Alpine amp and i am getting the engine sound through the subwoofer (the engine sound MB injected to the system) not a faulty install. Does anyone know if this sound goes to all speakers or just the Sub? So frustrating, especially amplified at 500 Watts! Furthermore does anyone know the color codes and where i can pickup the other speaker wires, if not no biggie i will find them. Just looking for an easy answer. I hooked back up the factory sub to make sure i wasnt crazy and sure enough the engine roars through the factory sub. Siiigh
