My truck was stolen and I needed a ride so I found an 08 CKS 550 from a local auction. Has around 80k in miles, but the deal was too good to pass up. The car has light bumper damage in the front and back and some quarter panel damage. Basically a little body work and a fresh coat of paint and it's ready to roll!!
Anyone have advice on bumpers? Is duraflex ok or should I try and find plastic / stock bumpers?

thanks for the info, but i'm old school and I'm just gonna get used bumpers etc from ebay. My budget for the entire car is only around $8k and that includes $2k to get it wrapped so I'm only left with $2k for the repair portions.
As another alternative for used parts, search through www.car-part.com. It does a continent wide search of junkyards and used parts suppliers. I've actually gotten a lot of things from this site, such as steering racks, bumpers, engines, transmissions, etc. Good luck and if you need anything just let me know!
