Possible Audi convert

I'm seriously considering getting a W213 E63 AMG. It's a big deal for me because I've had 5 Audis in the last 13 years. I currently own a 2013 Audi S6. I've been wanting to get something with RS7 level power, but I'm just not a fan of the hatchback design. I'm really bummed that Audi is not bringing the RS6 here to the states.
This has caused me to consider other options. I'm really liking everything that I've been reading on the W213 E63 AMG. I love that it's now AWD and 603 HP is the icing on the cake.
Is it true that Renntech tunes are supported by MB dealers? They won't void your warranty?
I'm 90% sure my next vehicle is going to be the E63 AMG. I'll give it to MB, this past year or so, I think they've surpassed Audi in both performance, interior, and technology.

We are an Ex Audi family too..... Used to love them but the last one soured us... I expect to have occasional issues but the dealers where just not interested in solving our issues... Went Lexus with a GS430 in 2004, damned thing was the most reliable vehicle we have ever owned, but it was like driving a fast buick.... just no soul or driver feel at all... but served it's purpose while we raised a family.... 2016 we traded it in.... the kids are out of college now so went a little nuts 
My Favorite Audi was a 1990 V8 Quattro, back in the day it was fast enough but the handling and comfort could not be beat...
You'll love the E63....
