Hey everyone,
I just got a brand new 2017 c63 AMG S. So far I am thrilled with the car (even tho im still breaking it in). Since i'm on the topic, who follows the rules of the break in period?

Welcome to the forum. I follow the break in rules on things. With computers today they can scan and determine how an engine was driven, etc. If there was some type of problem/failure and they could determine that you didn't follow the correct break in procedures it might create warranty problems.

Welcome to MBWorld. My thought on the "break in" process....how many car salesman let the potential client red line the AMG motor to help sell the vehicle. Anytime I have ever asked on a test drive to rev it hard I'm always told.....
