Waiting on the boat to arrive now...
Hey all!
Just recently won an auction in Japan for a LHD 2000 e55 wagon in black. This is my first Mercedes, first properly quick car, and when it comes right down to it, my first actually nice car.
I'm here to learn my way around the w210 chassis and figure out how to keep it in top notch condition. I'm someone who likes to turn their own wrenches, and generally will do their best to do something right once rather than cheap out and do a repair three times.
My basic plans for the car are as a daily. I want to keep it close to stock, other than wheels (it's already on 19s from the previous owner) and stereo improvements. Having said that, one never knows what the future holds...
I'm from Volvos, and I'm "Mark" on Turbobricks.
