Recently picked up a 15' C63 AMG 507 with 3,400 miles on the clock. It's in service date was Sep 2016, so the car is really a year old.
Never thought I did make the move. But over the past few years. I have stuck with my m3s and BMWs. Whilst my best friend had his amgs. We went on many HPDEs together, and I definitely had some seat time in C63s.
I never really understood his love for these cars. He sold his 2013 335i for his 2013 C63AMG. And then sold the 2013 AMG for a 2012 C63 BS.
However, I have finally joined the "dark side". When i received news about being posted to CA in a couple of months. And would be leaving the dreaded New England weather.
After realizing I no longer needed a AWD daily, I started considering numerous cars to go alongside our 996 Turbo X50, and Tesla Model X, I felt that the c63 was the perfect fit. Perhaps the older school-ish more visceral 996 got me to appreciate the c63 for what it's worth. But man. I absolutely adore this car.
