2008 E63 AMG
Hello from Roberto

Hello everyone,this is Roberto.
I'm Italian but been living in Dubai- UAE for the last 13 years. Living here may be the only reason why, after saving for sometime, I could afford to own a beautiful 2008 E63.
I will be posting pictures of her very soon, once the weather improves and I'll be able to detail the car properly.
I'm really looking forward to joining this community and to lots of good reads.
As all 'middle aged ladies' the car needs parts from time to time and now time has come for a complete brake job.
Cars and gasoline are relatively cheap here but genuine parts... 'boy oh boy'.
After shipping, customs duties, middle men and dealer mark up some parts tend to become expensive for no reason.
Could (and please excuse the direct request, I'm new here), any of the experts here, advice on a good reputable, hassle free on line store in the US to shop for Genuine MB parts? Has anybody heard or used genuinemercedesparts.com ? Could anybody point me in the right direction, please?
Thanks for your help!
Roberto

Welcome to the forum. Check out www.fcpeuro.com. I've used them for Mercedes and Volvo parts.
